Begin 4-5 Hours of Hiking

Continue a bit further to witness the Perolniyoc Waterfall and view
Enjoy a snack at the waterfall
Visit a local member of the communities home
Reach Pukapuhio Campsite
Enjoy the snowcapped mountaintops and the view of the Sacred Valley
Day 2
7am Breakfast
Begin 6 Hour Hike
Break for Lunch
Continue and cross another mountain where you can witness the town of Ollantaytambo
Reach highest pass of Kuychicassa
Rest and Enjoy the view
Dinner
Stay the night
Day 3
7am Breakfast
Begin 2 hour decent until reaching Intipuku, the Sun Gate
Break for Snack and View
Tour surrounding Sacred Sites
Break for Lunch
Continue trek for more 2 hours until you reach your final destination
Return to StarDome
Arrive around 5pm

How far is StarDome from the starting point of the Trek?
Approximately 1.5 hours.
What should I pack?
Sleeping bags and mats will be provided for you. Pack plenty of water, toiletries, medicines needed for your comfort or health requirement, toilet paper, a towel (if you'd like to shower at campsite), warm clothes to sleep in, quick dry clothing for hike, trekking poles (if desired), hiking boots, small bookbag with essentials, snacks.
Do we need to bring food?
You will be fed and provided for during meal times but please pack snacks if you need an extra boost thoughout your trek.
What are the Porters for?
They are strong locals who will carry the equipment needed for your meals and camping experience.
What are the Horses for?
The horses will carry what the rest of the Porters can not. It might be your bags or equipment used to cook your meals or sleeping equipment.
Do I need to be an Experienced Hiker to do this trek?
We ask that you make your best assessement. We do believe all of the hikes here are do-able with a great attitude and mindset. But please come hydrated, acclimated to the elevation (or something to help aid with this), and take as much time as is needed to complete each day. Your Tour Guide is experienced and will help you throughout the entire Trek.
